Fun Dog Show, Craft Fair, Have A Go archery and more!
Les Metairies, St Pardoux (79) – between Niort and Parthenay D743
(directions signed from the main road)
All day, first class for dog show 10 am.
Jacket potatoes and bbq, Fish ‘n Chips, tea, coffee and cakes
Entry free, car parking 1 euro
Proceeds to L’Europe des Levriers (Spanish greyhound rescue).
Fun classes for dogs include, prettiest bitch, most handsome dog, best Xbreed, dog with the waggiest tail, dog obedience, best brace (2 dogs), dog judge would most like to take home. Rosettes sponsored by Saint Pardoux Pension pour Chiens.
Stalls at the craft fair include jams and preserves, patchwork, paintings, books, cards, glassware and jewellery, decorated pottery and urns, honey goods, tombola, reflexology.
Have A Go Archery – ever fancied being a bowman? Now’s the chance to try.
Line dancing – join in and have some fun.
Interesting cars include MG, Rover, Land Rover, Alfa Romeo, Datsun 610, Citroen Dyane.
